Switch to .NET 7

With version 1.4.0-beta, the app was migrated to the .NET 7 environment and updated. Previously, NetFramework4.8 was the basis for the application. This conversion does not change the appearance or the functionality of the application. All changes happened in the background.

New setup wizard

One of the visible changes is the setup wizard. This is now created and made available via InnoSetup. This also changes the installation path and it is recommended to remove older versions before installing.

Settings are always retained!
